At ProTouch Miami, we provide personalized private post-operative recovery care designed to support you in the comfort and privacy of your hotel, Airbnb, or recovery accommodations.

With six years of experience in the post-operative recovery industry and more than 2,000 clients served, we understand that quality recovery care is about more than simply being present. It’s about attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, organization, and compassionate one-on-one support.

From private recovery care and post-op massages to essential recovery supplies, our goal is to make your experience as comfortable and seamless as possible.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your recovery care package:

• Packages : $200 deposit
• Post-Op Massages: $100 deposit

Please note: Surgery pickup is the only transportation service included with our recovery packages. Additional transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.

YOUR SURGERY DATE IS RESERVED FOR YOU

When you book a recovery package, the entire day of your scheduled surgery is reserved specifically for you.

Because we reserve our caregiver availability exclusively for your recovery, your deposit and booking secure that date and are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Additional payment options may be considered for established returning clients.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All deposits, prepayments, bookings, and service purchases are final and non-refundable.

SURGERY DATE RESCHEDULING

Surgery dates may be rescheduled for up to one year from the original booking date, subject to availability and the terms outlined in our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
