When I first entered the post-operative recovery industry, I worked inside a recovery house caring for women after cosmetic surgery.

It didn't take long for me to realize there was a problem.

There were so many women needing care that it was difficult to give each person the individual attention they deserved. Between cooking, cleaning, assisting clients, and managing the everyday demands of a recovery house, the personal side of care could easily get lost.

And I noticed something else.

The details mattered—and they weren't always being treated that way.

Sanitation.
Cleanliness.
Quality meals.
Medication organization.
Vitals.
Attention to how a client was feeling.
Simply having someone present who genuinely cared.

I knew there had to be a better way.

THAT'S WHERE PROTOUCH MIAMI BEGAN.

I created ProTouch Miami with a simple belief:

Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of caring for more than 2,000 clients throughout their recovery journeys.
