ProTouch Miami private care promises to maintain affordable prices while providing superior honest, reliable, genuine caregiving services. 

How Long Is Your Deposit Held:

Your deposit is held for one year. You can also reschedule your date during that year up to two times at no additional charge. Every date change after your second date change will incur a $100 fee. If a year has passed, we will honor your deposit for the second year. If our prices have changed during that time period, the client is responsible for the difference of the new price of their package.

Overnight Packages:

If you have booked an overnight surgery recovery private care package adequate sleeping arrangements must be made for your caregiver. Arrangements can be another bed or a pull-out sofa bed. 

Parking Arrangements:

Parking for your caregiver must be provided at your hotel or Airbnb. Any fees for parking will be your responsibility. 

Emergency Situations:

At the first sign of an emergency your caregiver will call 911. Your safety is based on you communicating with and listening to your physician and caregiver. If your caregiver is placed in an uncomfortable possible dangerous situation by you or anyone else travelling with you your caregiver will retire for the remainder of your time. There or NO REFUNDS on our packages.

Recovery Care:

All recovery private care services rendered by ProTouch Miami is based on our caregivers having years in the industry as cosmetic surgery recovery assistants, CNA's, and HHA's. You are advised to listen carefully to the instructions that your physician gives you. Additional information will be provided by your caregiver.

Medications:

All prescriptions provided by your physician will be documented as they are administered by your caregiver. You have control over your medication. ProTouch Miami will assist with the administration of your medication based on the prescribed administration instructions. Any and all medication prescribed or not prescribed that you take are by your own risk.
